Quick Pickling Pickles
- ½ cup vinegar (you could use any vinegar, I used white vinegar)
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
- (optional extras- minced garlic, dill, pickling spices)
- Whisk vinegar, sugar and salt together until sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Add vinegar mixture to sliced cucumbers, pressing the cucumbers into the brine.
- Add in any extra ingredients (minced garlic, dill, pickling spices, etc.)
- Refrigerate covered for at least 1 hour before enjoying, these will keep for two weeks in the refrigerator.
