Cupcake batter sprinkle cookies are a simple and fun cookie to make for cookie exchanges this holiday season. Your kids will love making these!

Cupcake batter sprinkle cookies

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of your favorite cupcake mix
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375*.
  2. Mix all ingredients to create cookie dough, and roll into 1 inch balls.
  3. Roll cookie dough balls into sprinkles, and flatten until dough is ¼ inch thick.
  4. Bake on a cookie sheet for about 7 minutes, allow to cool for one minute before removing from pan.
