S’Mores Brownies

July 11, 2021 by Brittany Belling Leave a Comment

Last week was the 4th of July and I wanted to make a simple dessert to bring to the BBQ, ok, so I had my husband and 9 year old do the baking while I watched the little one. It was my idea though, so I get the credit, right? We made some really simple S’mores brownies in the oven! Yep, S’mores without the fire. We used my favorite Pampered Chef brownie pan a box mix, a simple graham cracker crust, and some really fun square marshmallows (although I’m sure your standard marshmallows would work too!)

These are so much fun to make and eat! It’s so ridiculously easy that I already want to make them again. It helps that I always have a Costco sized package of brownie mix on hand because I love using my brownie pans. It’s always good to have an emergency stash of chocolate, right?

S’mores brownies are so simple! Preheat your oven. Make your graham cracker crust (I use my Pampered Chef manual food processor to do this in a hurry!) Just press in your brownie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Then pour your brownie batter on top, bake until done. Then broil a marshmallow on top. Easier than getting that campfire going!
