- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Meanwhile, drizzle olive oil in the bottom of your skillet. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook on medium high heat until garlic starts to become fragrant.
- Add your broccoli, carrots and corn, cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is cooked and drained, add butter and stir it in until melted., season with a teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Add pasta to the skillet, stir everything together and season to taste with black pepper and salt.
